An original still life of a red apple with a twist.
Inspired by the idea of putting further use to leftover fruit and vegetables before they hit the compost, and the beauty in what most people discard without a second thought. This is a still life of my son’s leftover apple core, many of which can lie around my house at the end of the day.
This work is composed entirely of oil pastels on 210 GSM paper, sealed and then framed in a wood frame with glass. The work is signed and ready to hang and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
This small to medium piece is perfect for an entry way, kitchen, study, office or bedroom.
